The American Culinary Federation, NC Chapter Triad Region Meeting Sunday May 4TH 2 PM SIGN UP NOW!!! WITH CHEF DON!
SEE FIRST HAND HOW SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE WORKS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CULINARY WORLD. All interested cooks, chefs, interested culinary enthusists and students are invited.
It is a tour of Piedmontaise beef farm and afterwards they are going to have some of their grass fed beef for dinner for us. Chefs will create their own pizzas to be baked in a wood fire oven, Chef Tom Peters will be teaching fresh fruit and vegetable carvings, we will grill steaks fresh from the farm along with fresh local vegetables, local grown and made wine as well as iced tea and lemonade will be served, tours of the farm will be conducted. This is a great Farm to Table opportunity, reservations are a MUST.
